A New Twist

A nonprofit organization such as ours always appreciates new ways of funding the ministry it does. We were recently introduced to an unusual and interesting twist of support for charities that can even be fun.

MissionFish.org allows eBay sellers to pick a nonprofit to support with a percentage share of each sale. The seller gets paid by the buyer, same as always. MissionFish then collects the donation, pays the nonprofit and provides a tax receipt.

Sellers are assured as to the authenticity of the nonprofits they are supporting because MissionFish checks them out before accepting them for listing on their site. We are happy to have been accepted by this nonprofit service. If you feel led to, give them a try.
