| A Whoop-Dee-Doo!

Zechariah Ministries held its first annual barbecue in August, 2002. Besides lots of great food, there were games to be enjoyed, prizes and wonderful fellowship. God has truly blessed us with warm and loving supporters.
I particularly remember the great horseshoe games. We adults were put to shame by young Joshua whose athletic skills were evident in every game played. Of course, I could have played a better game of horseshoes, if I had first taken the shoe off the horse! My shoulder still reminds me to this day.
The energetic games of volleyball displayed the really competitive spirit resident in each of us. Nobody, however, felt daring enough to chance a game of Bocci Balls.
Some of the more child-like adults felt free enough to ‘swing on the vine.’ We are all looking forward to our next barbecue. But, this time, no horses allowed!
