Prison Ministry Conference

Ralph and Diane LaFlamme, representing Zechariah Ministries, attended a one-day Prison Ministry Conference sponsored by Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Atlanta. The keynote speaker was Billy Neal Moore, a former Death Row inmate, who turned his life over to God while awaiting his execution for murder. He and his wife, Donna, head up a ministry of faith and forgiveness called Christ Assembly Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. in Rome, Georgia.

Mr. Moore accepted our invitation to address the youths at the Paulding Regional Youth Detention Center. With his powerfully riveting testimony, he challenged the boys and girls to serve the Lord and not the enemy of this world.
