Passover 2002

Zechariah Ministries has a special love for Christianity's Jewish roots. We have been honored to present Seder meals at different churches in the area. This past March we were especially honored to be invited to Bascomb United Methodist Church in Woodstock, Georgia to present a Messianic Passover Seder meal.

Twenty to thirty people joined us in a joyous remembrance and celebration of God’s deliverance of His people from bondage. As an added blessing, Melody Haines lit the Shabbat candles and read the four questions in Hebrew, while her daughter, Shaina, read the four questions in English. Melody’s husband, Bruce, read the Exodus story.

Melody, who is Jewish, is soon to be baptized as a believer in Yeshua (Jesus). Following the seder meal, all joined in spontaneous dancing to Messianic Jewish music! We are thankful for the warm, loving reception we received from the kind people at Bascomb United Methodist Church.
